Mindcura Refund And Cancellation Policy

Background

Mindcura makes its best efforts to provide counselling services in a professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of service recipients. However, there may be situations where a recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid to Mindcura. The conditions under which Mindcura may provide such a refund and the terms and conditions associated with it are specified in this refund policy "Refund Policy". Mindcura will not under any other circumstances entertain any requests for refund.

Parties

The terms 'You' or 'Your' refer to You as a Registered User and the terms 'Mindcura',' We', 'Us', 'Company', and 'Our' refer to Latta Jain. Registered User means any person who has completed the registration process for receiving services offered by Mindcura by payment of the requisite fees.

Applicability

You will be entitled to invoke this Refund Policy only as long as You are a Registered User. Your right to claim a refund may arise in the event of the following types of defects or deficiencies on Our part:

a. Accounting error e.g. your account was charged for more than the actual number of availed sessions;

b. Defect in services e.g. if you found the level of services received to be defective or unsatisfactory and the company is able to validate your feedback post investigation;

If there is any dispute as to the existence of a defect or deficiency as mentioned above, the decision of Mindcura shall be final.

Any issue other than those specifically mentioned above, shall not be covered under this Refund Policy. If any deficiency in Service as reported by You is curable, Mindcura may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion choose to re-perform the services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Our sessions can be pre-booked in advance and can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. We provide full flexibility for timely rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appointment. Users have the option to reschedule booked appointments once, beyond which they will have to take the session or cancel it with a deduction.

A counsellor gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. It is a disservice to other clients who could have used that slot for their well-being when you don't show up. Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment or failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non-refundable cancellation of the session.

If our counsellor cancels the appointment anytime before the appointment, the user will have the session credited to their account (No deductions will be made in such cases irrespective of the time of cancellation)

Refunds Policy

You can submit a request for a refund by mailing us at mind.curaa@gmail.com with your customer ID and your grievance. In case your grievance arises out of any quality issues - we will try our best to give you a corrective solution. For ease of processing & documentation of this process, we will keep the refund request through the email provided above only. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of the refund and a tentative date by which you can claim it. We try to respond to any request for a refund within ten (7) working days of receipt of the request.

The refund will be made to you based on the unutilized sessions in your account. The deduction of the amount will be based on the actual used sessions and the package slab for those number of sessions used. (Eg, If you purchase 3 sessions from Mindcura at Rs.4500 (Rs 1500/session basic price without GST) and use only 1 session before asking for a refund: In this case, Rs.1100 will be deducted (As per our package slab for 1 session) and a flat Rs.500 charge in lieu of the payment gateway charges and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The total refund amount in this case will be Rs.2900 (Plus the applicable GST on this refund amount)

  • Refunds will not be applicable on used sessions irrespective of the package purchased.

  • No refund will be applicable on packages purchased at discounted prices redeemed through promotional codes or any special benefits & session credits which Mindcura provides from time to time.

  • Other services including self-help packages, happiness programs etc have a NO refund policy.

  • Non-availability of a counsellor will not account for requests for refund as we operate on a first-come, first-serve appointment basis.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Generally, we take about 7 working days to process a refund; from the date a refund request is approved by Us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account.
